There are multiple opportunities to secure a ticket to the Epik High PUMP Tour in North America.

Artist Presale: The Artist Presale will take place on Thursday, May 30, 2024 at 10 am local time. The only way to get a presale code is to sign up for the Epik High newsletter. The Artist Presale Code will be delivered via email prior to the Artist Presale.

General On-sale: The general on-sale will take place on Friday, May 31, 2024 at 10 am local time.

Anyone who has signed up for the Epik High newsletter will receive an email with the Artist Presale Code prior to the Artist Presale. The Artist Presale Code can be used for all ticket tiers and VIP packages only in North America.

The Artist Presale Code will allow you to purchase a maximum of 6 tickets and 4 VIP packages. If we find any one buyer has exceeded the aforementioned ticket limits, we reserve the right to cancel and refund tickets purchased in excess of the limit.

Tickets and VIP packages are limited and available on a first come, first served basis only. We do anticipate that these will sell out quickly. Therefore, there is no guarantee that you will be able to purchase a ticket or VIP package.

All ticket and VIP package sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

All tickets will be available in your ticket account 72 hours prior to the show you purchased tickets for.
